Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using ApplyFlux you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. "Service" means the ApplyFlux mobile application and the applyflux.com website.

2. What the Service does

ApplyFlux is a job-application tool that helps you:

• Discover public job postings on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby.
• Assess how well a posting matches your experience, using AI.
• Fill in application forms from your saved resume and profile.
• Submit applications and keep a history of them.

Applications are submitted to the job board's own form on your behalf and in your name. We do not guarantee any interview, response or outcome from an employer.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself, including in your resume and screening answers.
• Use the Service only to apply for roles you are genuinely interested in and eligible for.
• Keep your account credentials secure, and not share your account.
• Comply with the terms of any job board you apply through.
• Accept responsibility for every application submitted through your account, including those sent automatically.

4. Subscriptions and billing

New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at$4.99 per week or $18 per month.

Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play. They renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

Because billing is handled by Google Play, refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy and are requested through Google rather than from us. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us atsupport@applyflux.com and we will help where we can.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Submit applications containing false or misleading information.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or the subscription gate.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or to harass employers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for employment outcomes, or for errors in automatically generated application answers. You remain responsible for reviewing what is submitted on your behalf.

8. Your data

How we collect, use and share your information is described in ourPrivacy Policy. You can delete your account and associated data at any time — see Delete your account.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
